Escape rooms are meant to be group activities and therefore group discounts are not offered.
That’s up to you. If you book a public room then you may be joined by others. If you book a private room you and your group will be the only people in the room.
If you are unable to make it to your reserved time please contact us as soon as possible and we will reschedule you. We do not offer refunds unless cancellation insurance ($5 per ticket) has been purchased for each ticket. Additionally, rescheduling on the same day as your booking will incur a $15 convenience fee, as we may be unable to fill your time slot for that day.

Whether you are 10 or 110 or somewhere in between escape rooms are great entertainment. With that in mind, our puzzles are meant to be challenging for adults. Well-behaved children 10 and over are welcome to play a public room when accompanied by a responsible adult. If there are children under 10 years old in your group you must book a private room.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
All members of your group should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Due to scheduling we are unable to extend your group’s end time.
In consideration of all of our guests, it is important for you to be on time. If you are booked in a public room and your game has already started you will not be permitted to enter the room. If you booked a private room you will lose the amount of play time necessary to ensure your game ends on time so we can accommodate the next group on time.
